Product offer and purchase
The prices of the products listed on the website are in euros, including VAT, and are valid on the date of order. Due to the nature of the business, they may change without prior notice to buyers.
The order is placed via a form and the buyer must provide the provider with the correct information:
- name and surname or company name with VAT number,
- the buyer’s address,
- delivery address,
- phone number,
- E-mail.
The order form must indicate the type and number of products ordered and the method of payment.
Purchases can be made with or without registering on the website. If you make a purchase without creating a user account, you will have to re-enter all the necessary personal data each time you shop. By registering in the online shop, the visitor obtains a username and a password set by the user himself. In your account, you can change your personal details, password, track the status of your order and view your previous orders.
Purchase process
After the order has been placed, the buyer receives an email from the provider informing him that the order has been accepted. If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further. Upon receiving the order, the provider shall inspect the order, check the deliverability of the products ordered and confirm or reject the order with justification. The provider may also contact the buyer by phone or in the manner authorized by the buyer or through the contact details provided at the time of purchase to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the provider shall inform the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The provider shall prepare the products ordered within the agreed time limit and shall inform the buyer about the contact persons available in case of a complaint or delay in delivery.
Payment method
The buyer can pay for the ordered products:
- by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Diners) via the Quickpay app.
- via Paypal – funds are only debited from the card when the goods are dispatched.
Delivery
The provider will deliver the ordered products to the user (buyer) within the agreed timeframe. The contractual delivery partner of the provider is GLS. The delivery charge depends on the country to which the order is being shipped. The provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable the order to be fulfilled more efficiently. We offer shipping to all European countries.
Free delivery
If the total value of the products added to the basket exceeds the stated limit for free delivery, which is EUR 80.00, no delivery fee will be charged. The total amount of the products is calculated by considering all the discount vouchers used, which means that the final price of the products, including the discounts applied, is used to determine whether the free delivery condition is met.
Other additional costs, such as the cost of payment methods, or products added after the initial completion of the purchase, are not included in the total amount of the order and will therefore not be considered as part of the total amount for free delivery.
Product warranty
Products sold on www.enikam.com are not technical goods and do not require a warranty card. The OROXID and OXILVER product lines fall under the category of oral medical products and cosmetics. The products are in the form of a solution, spray, or gel, so they are not instruments, appliances or devices that need a warranty card.

Right of withdrawal and return of products
Under Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the order without providing a reason. Any shipping costs incurred in returning the goods shall be paid by the buyer.
The buyer is obliged to notify the provider in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods and to return the goods, together with a copy of the invoice, undamaged and unused, within 30 days of cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unused, to: ENIKAM d.o.o., P.E. Stegne 33, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Upon return, the buyer must provide the number of the transaction account to which the provider will transfer the purchase price within five working days of receipt of the returned goods.
Complaints
The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The buyer may submit a complaint regarding his/her order to the provider in writing to the following e-mail address: info@enikam-oxy.com. The complaint procedure is confidential.
The provider will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the buyer informed of the progress of the procedure. The provider will use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably. If no amicable settlement is reached, the Ljubljana Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes between the provider and the buyer. The provider and the buyer, as participants in the electronic commerce, mutually recognize the validity of the electronic messages in court.

The product photos on the website have been carefully selected, but should be taken as symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.

The obligations and rights of all relationships not regulated by the General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Act on Electronic Commerce on the Market, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act, mutatis mutandis.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions are subject to change due to regulations governing the operation of websites, data protection and in the event of a change in the provider’s business policy.
The provider will inform buyers of changes to the terms and conditions by posting a notice on the website www.enikam.com. Changes or amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall enter into force immediately upon publication on the provider’s website.
