PRIVACY POLICY
We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing information via e-mail, sales promotion, customer profiling with the aim of customized offer of content and products to customers in e-mail and on websites. When e-mails are sent, we record impressions on the page of individuals of received messages and clicks on links in received messages. For a better and more focused offer and the adjustment of further messages, we automatically process the recorded data, analyse, profile and evaluate the interest of our customers for the sent messages.
For the purpose of notification by e-mail we keep:
- email address,
- name,
- surname,
- gender.
We collect personal data with the express consent of individuals. Consents are kept together with their contents and the contents of the form with which they were obtained.
Personal information is used by the following departments:
- sales,
- marketing,
- customer support,
- accounting.
We keep personal data collections in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not export them to other countries.
We keep the individual’s personal data until the revocation of the consent for the storage and processing of the individual’s data. Upon revocation of an individual’s consent, their personal data shall be deleted immediately, efficiently and permanently.
Should the purposes described above, for which we store and process personal data, cease to exist in our company, we will immediately and effectively delete the databases whose purpose has ceased.
Data on impressions of received messages and clicks on links in received messages are kept for another 12 months from the sending of the message.
Any individual can request the following actions regarding their data at any time
- insight,
- correction,
- supplement,
- transcript,
- copying,
- complete deletion,
- transfer to another service provider,
- interruption of processing and storage or revocation of the consent for processing and storage, without affecting the legality of processing, which was being carried out on the basis of consent until its revocation.
In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected, we will provide the individual with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information as provided in this text before such further processing.
If an individual believes that their rights regarding the protection of their personal data have been violated in any way, they may at any time file a complaint with the supervisory body – the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia:

Personal data protection
Personal data constitutes any information that identifies you as an identified or identifiable natural person. The user is identifiable when they can be directly or indirectly determined, especially using an identifier, such as the name, identification number, location data, an online identifier or by stating one or more factors specific to the user’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
The provision of personal data is voluntary. You do not need to provide us with personal data, but in this case, we cannot guarantee certain services. All the information we need to perform an individual service is mandatory for that service.
ENIKAM handles the collected personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection, which regulate the processing, procedures and security measures, including liability and control of the processing. ENIKAM undertakes to permanently handle all personal data of all users and all services it provides in accordance with the regulations in the field of personal data protection in force in the Republic of Slovenia.
The personal data we collect
Website visit
When you visit the www.enikam.si website, the web server where it is hosted records certain information about your visit to the site, your IP number, browser version, time of visit and addresses of the pages you have visited on the website. We do not process the data collected in this way and do not connect them with other data, we use them exclusively for the calculation of general statistics on the website use and for optimisation.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. You can change the operation of your web browser in the settings so that the computer rejects cookies or you receive a warning before a cookie is saved. You can also completely prevent the installation of cookies in the browser for all websites visited. You can delete cookies that are already stored on your computer.
Electronic news subscription
When subscribing to e-news, you provide an e-mail address.
We use it to provide e-newsletters based on your consent. We keep the data until you unsubscribe from electronic news.
You can unsubscribe from receiving news at any time by clicking on the marked unsubscribe link in the e-mail you received.
Contact form or message forwarding
On the www.enikam.si website, you can send us your name, e-mail address and telephone number via the contact form. We will answer via e-mail or telephone.
We use the data only to communicate with you regarding the provision of our services and to respond to your inquiry or message.
User registration in the online store and online purchase
By using the online store, the user agrees to the processing of personal data provided during registration: name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail address.
By registering in the online store, the user allows ENIKAM d.o.o. as the controller of the personal data collection to collect and process all data submitted by the user and data on the content of purchases for the purposes of the contractual relationship (purchase of the product).
We use the data collected in the registration and online purchase process for the purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing an invoice and resolving any complaints, as well as other necessary communication arising from your purchase.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.
Storing your data
We store personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected.
We thus process personal data until the fulfilment of the purpose or within the statute of limitations for obligations that could arise from the processing of such personal data, especially when the processing of personal data is necessary in the context of concluding or performing a contract, except in cases when the retention period is prescribed by law. In this case, we will store the data in accordance with the legal obligation.
We retain personal data that we process on the basis of your consent until revoked.
After the retention period, your personal data is effectively deleted or anonymised, which means that we process it in such a way that it can no longer be linked to you.
Rights relating to your personal data
With regard to your personal data, you may request access, supplementation, correction or restriction of processing in accordance with the data protection legislation.
You also have the right to unsubscribe or delete data. In case of unsubscription, we will delete your data, but if you want erasure, we will only keep the data we need in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act.
Address your request regarding the exercise of this right in writing to the address of the personal data controller. However, based on your request for exercising your right, the controller may request additional information for certain identification.
An individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia if they consider that their special data are stored or otherwise processed in contravention of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.

Access to your personal data
In no case will your personal data be passed on to third parties, except to those who have a contract with ENIKAM on the basis of which they perform certain tasks related to data processing and are obliged to comply with the legislation on the processing and protection of personal data. The contractual processors are:
- customer service provider
- e-mail provider (mailchimp and squalomail)
- online store platform provider
- accounting service
The contractual processors will process personal data only within the given instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. They are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data.
Under no circumstances will your data be transmitted outside the EU.
The exception is the Mailchimp service, which respects the requirements of the EU-US Privacy Shield and strives for the highest security of stored data through various physical, technical and organisational measures, such as encrypting internet connections, preventing unauthorized access, using secure passwords and preventing intrusions.
